Fowler Bag and Accouterments

This is a heavy deer skin bag I just finished up. Everything is hand sewn with a waxed linen thread. A friend of mine made the linen strap. As you may be able to see in the photos there is a main compartment plus one inside and one outside pocket. The reinforcement band at the top of the inside is vegetable tanned cow hide. The patch knife has been previously shown on here. The Irish shot charger is antiqued brass with a deer skin tube. This is fixed to the strap with a pewter button and a leather loop on the lower end. Shot snake can be removed from the bag this way to reduce weight if so desired. The antler tip powder measure is for a 55 grain charge.
