Belt Knife
I just finished this bone handled knife. It has a thin 3 1/4" forged blade stamped with my mark, a pewter bolster, and steel pommel. The knife measures 7" overall. The vegetable tanned sheath is dyed dark, sewn with waxed linen thread, and accepts a 3" belt. This is razor sharp and the blade is about as thick and flexible as a fillet knife.

Early Transitional Rifle (finished)
Well other than some burnishing and a test firing, this one is done and will be on its way to the owner shortly. My focus on this build was the Christian Springs Rifles in RCA1. I wanted to do some carving but the customer didn't want it. The Rice barrel is a 44" B weight 40 caliber. The lock is a Chamber's gunmaker's lock. The butt plate and triggerguard came from Muzzleloader Builders Supply(guard reworked). The front sight with ivory inlay came from the owner. The rest of the parts I made. The stock finish was scraped, followed with a couple coats of aqua fortis, followed with about six coats of rifined linseed oil, then waxed. LOP is 14 1/2", drop is 3 5/8", and it has 1/4" cast off.

Early Transitional Rifle-in works
Still a lot of scraping, sanding, metal and wood finishing to go. As well as some molding work along the bottom of the butt stock and the ramrod, a vent pick below the cheek piece and engraving. Going with a slightly aged dark scraped finish.

Shooting bag
This bag is 8" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It is deerskin with a walnut dyed ticking lining. It's sewn with linen thread and has a steel buckle for strap adjustment. The knife is one I made a few years ago and have been using as my personal patch knife.
Leg Ties
The center of these ties are pieces of old woven wool leg ties I had. The leather is deerskin sewn with linen thread and the buckles are steel.
Haversack
This haversack is 9 1/2"x14". The bag is made from an old feed bag treated with linseed oil and beeswax. The flap is heavy deerskin and the strap I believe is jute. It has an inside pocket and the blanket pin is forged steel.
Throwing Knife
Blade is forged from a york rake tine and handle is walnut. I'm interested to see how well the handle holds up as they take much abuse. The knife is 13" overall and is stamped with my maker's mark.

Patch knife
This is a patch knife I just finished up. It is 8" overall with a 3 1/2" blade forged from an old file. The whitetail antler handle has a bullet starter and a pewter bolster. The sheath is vegetable tanned cow hide sewn with linen thread and dyed dark. It is made to be tied onto a shooting bag. I may age the leather some to make it match the knife. I will have to see what it looks like after it dries some more.
